Ryan Seacrest is putting his Bev Hills home he bought from Ellen DeGenres back on the market as he doesn’t spend much time in L.A. nowadays. Seacrest currently lives in New York where he co-hosts “Live with Kelly and Ryan.”

The house has been listed for a whopping $85 million. He bought the property originally at $32 million in 2012, and spent another $2 million on an adjacent property.

The property has a resort-like compound with 5 structures with outdoor and indoor spaces.

The main house is a 9,000 square feet structure complete with 4 bedrooms, 6 baths and a kitchen that extends into an outdoor pizza oven. There is also a movie theatre, a spa, a full-fledged gym and master suite with a meditation garden.
